German Walther P38 Holster
€ 165,00
A post-war German police holster (West Germany/FRG) for the Walther P38 (or its post-war aluminum counterpart, the Walther P1).
Although sometimes sold as "wartime" items, these holsters were used by the Polizei (police) and the Bundeswehr (armed forces) from the 1950s through the 1980s.
Why they are popular (and practical)
While they carry less value for collectors of pure WWII militaria, post-war holsters remain highly popular:
- Perfect for Walther P1 owners: If you own a post-war civilian or military Walther P1, this is the holster that officially belongs with it.
- User-friendly: The leather is often still supple and not brittle, unlike 80-year-old wartime holsters.
- Affordable alternative: For re-enactors or recreational shooters looking for a sturdy, authentic German leather holster without paying top dollar.
