Features of the A.B.L. Canteen

• Models: Older vintage variants from the 1950s and 1960s are made of aluminum and based on the classic American WWII model. Newer versions (such as from the 1970s and later) are made of sturdy olive green plastic.
• Capacity: Almost always has a capacity of 1 liter.
• The complete set: A full setup consists of three parts: the canteen itself, a matching aluminum or stainless steel drinking cup with folding handles, and a canvas or camouflaged pouch.
